Combient Foundry is Back for a New Venture Client Cycle

Hope you’ve had a relaxing summer because Fall 2019 is all business here at Foundry. Today we are launching our 4th Venture Client Cycle, and are happy to welcome Fazer to the Combient Foundry family. Here’s a brief on what’s in store for you this time around.

The Combient Foundry Venture Client Cycle 02/2019 has officially kicked off! Since this morning, we have introduced four new Venture Client cases for startups and scaleups to apply for. We have cases from Stora Enso and KONE, and also for the first time from Fazer.

Fazer is an international family-owned company offering quality bakery, confectionery, biscuit and grain products, plant-based meals, non-dairy products, on-the-go food, and drinks, as well as food and café services. Fazer’s mission is Food with a purpose. Fazer’s success, ever since its establishment in 1891, has been based on the best product and service quality, beloved brands, the passion of its skillful people and the Group’s responsible ways of working.

This is the fourth Venture Client Cycle we are running. The two years of operations have taught us a great deal of what Combient companies are capable of doing together. Not to mention the resourcefulness of sometimes particularly surprising startup partners we have had the pleasure of meeting. Together with Combient companies, we are building a global growth engine, that utilizes the best from global companies that form the Combient network and most innovative startups.

There’s plenty of work to be done, but our track record from the past is something all parties can be proud of. Foundry Venture Clients have generated over €16 million in revenue for startup companies. The companies have made some 100 purchase orders over from startups originating from 26 countries. We are eager to share more about these cases with you during the upcoming months. Meanwhile, going into the new cycle we are confident the quality of work will be strong and the end results will be nothing short of spectacular.

With this encouragement, I hope you, the entrepreneurs, will find the case perfect for you from our selection this Fall. Submitting your solution doesn’t take anything but a little bit of your time (we hear it’s around 1,5 hours if you want to perfect it). When you get pre-selected to join us at the Foundry Value Proposition Days in November, we’ll share more in due course.

So don’t delay: sign up for the Venture Client cycle here, and if we feel there might be a match with you and one of our companies, we will be in touch with you.
